A healthy church is the hope of the world. And at Trinity, we think that a healthy church is a church of "triple threats", disciples who can stand firm because they are Bowing together in Worship, Bonding together in discipleship groups, and Building together His Kingdom by using their gifts for ministry and mission. As we invite you to listen to Jesus’ call and answer with your life, we want you to be known, cared for and equipped to:
BOW together in worship of God
Actively participate in Sunday morning corporate worship services.
BOND together in discipleship groups
Engage in smaller growth groups and community following Jesus with others within the church that hold each other accountable, pray, confess, and serve with one another.
BUILD together using your God-given gifts.
Join Jesus in building His Kingdom by serving and using the gifts He has given you with our TBC Ministries and Mission Partners.
As a healthy and growing member of Trinity, you should be engaged in all three: Bowing, Bonding and Building, and become a triple threat against the enemy–standing firm in the kingdom of God.
OUR CURRENT FOCUS and INITIATIVE
We are taking initiative to get all of our members Bowing, Bonding and Building starting with our church leadership and ministry teams by focusing on the following:
1. Inviting people into "real" worship by creating Sunday services that can't be replicated online or experienced digitally. (Bow)
2. Revamping our "small group" ministry and rebranding them as "growth groups" so our aim is in the name. And we're building out a shepherding team that helps us move our groups toward an ideal in discipleship. These shepherded groups are focused on Spiritual Growth through Accountability, Spiritual Disciplines, and Replication. (Bond)
3. Raising up clear leaders for every ministry while creating new teams and training rhythms to equip our church members for ministry.(Build)
