Leadership Updates
Part of our short term focus to "Get Healthy" is moving toward clear leadership and healthy teams. Here are some updates toward that end:
Deacons
Duane Swanson has joined our staff as part-time lead deacon. This is a new position for us but the Deacons are an essential ministry and we want to invest in that core ministry as God has organized it for His church. Duane Swanson loves TBC and is excited to serve.
Welcome Team
We’re excited to introduce Jim & Jeannie Bennett as our new Welcome Team Leaders. They have served in this area for years and already have plans to lead the team.
Care Team
Anne Swanson is passing the baton to Angie Schexnaider as the leader of our Care Team. Anne was the founding leader and has done so much to establish Christlike care for our church body. Thank you Anne!!! And Welcome Angie!!!
Office Administration
Debby Bardwell is retiring in May. She has served this church faithfully for so long and while her admin help will be missed she isn't going anywhere - except to Portland when she visits her grandkids. Be sure to share your appreciation for all she has done. Julie Lemaire is stepping into the Ministry Assistant role as well as continuing her role as Childcare Manager.
