Grow Together 2026: CULTIVATE

Join us as we cultivate a healthy soil for spiritual growth by equipping one another to BOW together in worship, BOND together in discipleship groups, and BUILD together His Kingdom using our gifts! This year’s GT26 will have extended workshops on Saturday night March 21, and we will once again take over Sunday Services on March 22 from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm with childcare available until lunchtime. We’ll have lunch together then a 3rd breakout session including a Family Devotion time with kids of all ages.  Through worship, main sessions, and practical breakout sessions, you’ll learn how to use your gifts, get connected, and take meaningful next steps in your faith.

The workshops and breakout sessions are listed below! Plan to attend a workshop and all three sessions if possible and make the most of your day together!

4:00-6:00

Over/Under Meet & Greet
A healthy church is one where radical responsibility is given and received from one generation to another. We’re cultivating that by inviting everyone over 60 and under 30 to gather together, swap stories, and create community around growing our church!

SUNDAY BREAKOUT SESSIONS

9:00 - SESSION 1

Awakening to God in the Present Moment Led by Mary Langford

Jesus told Martha she needed to be with God in the present moment. Our problem is not the absence of God’s presence but our absence of AWARENESS of His presence.  We will look at several practical steps that can position you for the gift of awareness.

You Have Something in your Teeth Led by Cole Lusby

Talking to those you love about sin in their life can be intimidating and often avoided. Grow in biblical accountability and learn how holy conversations help mature us in our faith. Let’s move from taking offense towards godly unity.

Becoming a Bible Teacher Led by Marcel and Donna Bulliard

Taking on the task to teach God’s Word comes with lots to consider. Find the answers to questions like “What to teach? Am I ready? How do I teach/lead? Where do I begin? How do I develop a study? Learn from two different perspectives as God prepares you to teach His word.

Getting Ready for Church Led by Tyler Woerner

Getting here on Sundays can feel rushed and routine. Preparing for church can become an exercise of faith that radically transforms how you hear from the Lord. Learn how to prepare physically, mentally, and spiritually for a weekly encounter with our living God.

From Control to Trust: Surrendering Our Adult Children Led by Lesley Hudson, Rose Bollich & Paola Rivas

Praying the same prayers for changes in your adult children can be discouraging. Be encouraged as you hear testimonies, of how the power of surrendering our children to the Lord has changed our hearts. We will look at scripture and pray together for our adult children.

10:45 - SESSION 2

Boat Life Led by Dennis Malcolm

Hearing Jesus' call and answering with your life takes a first step of faith. Discover how to find the courage to say "yes" to Jesus' invitation to get out of the boat and follow him into the sea.

The Sound of Our Theology Led by Lindsay Davidson

The songs we sing each week do more than give us words to worship; they form us a church family. Learn how the approach we take with song selection for Sunday mornings can be used to shape what you believe, how you see God, and how you live out our faith.

Moving Mountains Led by Randy Young

Jesus promised we could move mountains, but often it seems the “mountains” are slow to move, or don’t move at all.  We will look deeper into this contrast to find renewed courage and hope to face these mountains with PRAYER and FAITH.

Supporting Youth to Stand Firm in a Confused Culture Led by Zach Fleming

Our kids are bombarded with mixed messages of identity from life shaping cultural influences. Learn to equip our kids to be solid, Biblical Christians who are not shaped by culture but become culture shapers. This session is for parents and anyone with an influence on the lives of teens and pre-teens.

Sneak Peek at the Future for Small Groups Led by Jodi Guillory

Nearly 30 years ago we started our small group ministry. A lot has changed since then but our mission to make and mature disciples hasn’t. Be a part of aiming our groups at growth, speak into the future of small groups and help shape the next 30 years of discipling!

1:00 - SESSION 3

Family Devotion Time for Every Family Led by Tyler Woerner

Leading your family in a time of devotion can be chaotic, never convenient, and is the easiest thing to quit. Learn how to start, how to start again, and tools to keep it relevant no matter your family mix.
