Let’s care more wisely and compassionately for the next generation!
At Trinity, we want to love kids like Jesus and offer them hope and healing. That’s why we’re inviting everyone who influences the lives of children or teens: parents, teachers, volunteers, neighbors, and more to join us for two upcoming opportunities to grow in this area:

Join us for a showing of the powerful documentary Resilience, which explores the science of Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and the emerging movement to treat and prevent toxic stress. Let us know you are coming here.

TBRI® (Trust-Based Relational Intervention®) is an evidence-based, attachment-rich approach to supporting children and adults who have experienced trauma, loss, or adversity. Rooted in research and practice, TBRI offers practical tools for building trust, deepening connection, and promoting healing in relationships.
This one-day workshop provides a welcoming introduction to the core principles of TBRI and equips participants with strategies they can begin using right away—in homes, churches, schools, and everyday life. Whether you're a teacher, parent, pastor, volunteer, neighbor, or simply someone who wants to care more wisely and compassionately, this training is for you.
Together, we’ll explore how to create environments where children and families feel safe, seen, and supported—and how small shifts in understanding can lead to meaningful change in lives impacted by trauma.
Participants will leave with:
-A clear understanding of the three core TBRI® principles: Empowering, Connecting, and Correcting
-Insight into how trauma affects behavior, relationships, and brain development
-Practical tools for building trust and emotional safety
-Strategies for responding to challenging behaviors with compassion and confidence
-A vision for becoming part of a more healing, informed, and supportive community
-Six (6) Continuing Education Units for Counselors
